This notice explains what Meddevice Bookings does with the details you share through this site. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and anything in it. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one reason: to answer your request. That might mean replying with a question, or preparing the Reachable Buyer Map you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up question, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Meddevice Bookings who are handling your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking tools. The only outside service it uses is a font library, which supplies the typefaces you see on the page.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to deborah.lowell@meddevicebookings.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you reply "stop" to anything we send you, we will not contact you again.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
